These terms cover RigPass (powered by VantaFox): the booking app and website, the staff apps used by cafes, and the RigPass Client software on cafe PCs. By using them you agree to these terms. Contact: amstudio678@gmail.com.

The RigPass marketplace

RigPass (powered by VantaFox) lists independent gaming cafes and venues. Each venue sets its own prices, hours, rules and food, and provides the service you book; RigPass provides the booking platform. Venues are reviewed before they appear, and RigPass can disable a venue.

Advance (RigPass fee)

When you book online you pay an advance. The advance is RigPass's booking fee (by default 10% of the listed price, and it can differ per venue). You pay the rest of the bill to the venue at the counter. If you extend in the app, you pay the same percentage of the extension online. Unless the booking screen says otherwise, the advance is non-refundable, including when you cancel or do not show up. If RigPass enables refunds, the window (for example 24 hours before the start) is shown when you book. If a venue closes on your date or a slot cannot be honoured, the advance is refunded.

Reviews

You can review a venue only after a completed booking there, with one review per venue (you can edit it). Reviews must be honest and lawful. Venue owners and staff cannot review their own venue, and they can reply publicly. Anyone can report a review, and RigPass may hide reviews that break these rules. Google ratings shown on venue pages come from Google and are labelled as such.

Your account

Sign in with your own Google account or email (or WhatsApp if offered). Keep your login to yourself; bookings made from your account are your responsibility.
Give a phone number where staff can reach you.

Bookings and payment

Prices, packs, happy hours and membership plans are shown in the app and may change; the price shown when you book applies to that booking.
An advance is paid online through Razorpay to confirm a booking. An unpaid booking is released after a few minutes.
Your final bill is the larger of your booked time and the time you actually played (rounded up), plus extensions, food and drinks, minus your advance, membership hours, rewards and discounts.
Extensions are only possible when the station is free; they are charged on your bill.

Cancellations, late arrival and bans

Cancelling confirmed bookings repeatedly blocks online booking for a while (the exact limits are shown in the app), and can become permanent after repeated bans. Staff can lift a ban.
If you are late your session still ends at the booked time.

Memberships and rewards

Memberships are sold at the counter, belong to one account, are valid until their expiry date and are not refundable or transferable.
Reward points have no cash value and can be changed or switched off by the cafe.

For cafes using RigPass

A cafe signs up with an owner account, is reviewed before it is listed, and can be suspended for breaking these terms or not paying RigPass fees.
The cafe is responsible for its prices, staff, PCs, food and the service it provides, for keeping its login name and staff codes private, and for removing staff who leave.
Each cafe sees only its own bookings, customers who visited or booked it, and its own PCs and settings.

Using the cafe PCs

Cafe PCs run the RigPass Client, which locks the screen outside your session, shows your timer, and can block some apps, new game installs, installers, downloads and websites. Updates of installed games continue. Staff can approve exceptions.
Do not try to bypass the lock screen or restrictions, install software, change settings or damage equipment. You pay for damage you cause.
Log out of your own game and other accounts before you leave. The cafe is not responsible for accounts or files left on a PC.
No cheating software, illegal downloads or content, or harassment of other players or staff.

Posts and chat

Only upload photos and messages you have the right to share and that are not offensive. The cafe may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the app and PCs working but cannot promise they are always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the responsibility of RigPass and the cafe for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
